Q: Can I collect my order?
A: Yes, collections are possible in Elardus Park with prior arrangement via WhatsApp to 072 409 6803 please include your order number when contacting us, we will require atleast 3 days notice prior to collection, as our products are made to order.

Q: Do you carry stock?
A: No, we do not carry pre-made stock. Your products are created specifically for your order. This ensures optimal freshness and allows us to cater to some custom requests.

Q: How long does it take to receive my order?
A: Since our products are made to order, please allow 2-4 business days for processing before dispatch. Delivery times will vary based on your location. You will be notified once your order has been shipped.

Q: What are your products made of?
A: Our products use gentle ingredients, including:
* Soaps: Vegetable Glycerine base, colourant, fragrance and depending on the order, may include a soap or plastic toy embed.
* Bubble Bath: Contains Shea Butter, preservatives, water
* Bubble Gloop: Contains a soap base, fragrance, bath-safe colouring and Xanthan Gum
* Some of our products may contain coconut oil. We use both essential oils and fragrance oils, according to your order specifications

Q: Can I specify the fragrance in my order?
A: Yes, when placing your order, you can select from our available essential oils and fragrance oils, or fragrance free

Q: Are your products suitable for sensitive skin?
A: While we use gentle ingredients, individual sensitivities vary. We recommend performing a patch test before first use. Please check our product information to note potential allergens.

Q: What allergens should I be aware of?
A: Our products may contain coconut oil. If you have allergies to any of the other ingredients stated in the ingredients list, please choose products suitable to your needs or do not use our products if you have any concerns.

Q: Can I return or exchange a product if I change my mind?
A: Due to the custom-made and on-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. Please see our Returns Policy below.

Q: What if I receive a damaged or incorrect product?
A: If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately, and we will gladly resolve the issue as soon as possible.

Q: Do you ship nationwide in South Africa?
A: Yes, we ship to locations throughout South Africa. Please check your area is covered by our courier options. We use Pudo Locker to Locker services, please specify in the notes of your order which locker we must send it to.

Q: Will the colours of my products look exactly like the pictures on the website?

A: While we aim for consistency, please be aware that due to the handmade nature of our products, slight variations in colour are normal and to be expected. The product you receive may differ slightly from the colour shown on your screen.

  • Hand Mixing: Each batch is hand-mixed, and the precise colour mixing can vary slightly between batches.

  • Natural Ingredients: Natural pigments and extracts used in our products may exhibit minor colour differences, depending on the batch.

  • Screen Display: The colour representation on your device’s screen may vary from the actual product colour.

Sjhadae Luxury Kids Bath Products – Returns Policy

Please Note: Because our products are custom-made on order and to ensure freshness, we operate a strict returns policy for hygiene and safety reasons.

1. No Returns for Change of Mind:

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges for products if you simply change your mind or do not like the scent chosen, due to the custom-made nature of our products. Please consider your choices carefully when placing your order.

2. Returns Accepted for Incorrect Orders:

  • If you receive a product that is different from what you ordered (e.g., wrong scent, wrong product), please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the product to notify us of the issue.

  • We will require a photograph of the incorrect item received, the packing slip and your order number.

  • Once we confirm the error, we will arrange to send you the correct product or arrange an exchange. If an exchange is not possible, we will offer you a refund.

3. Returns for Damaged Products:

  • If a product arrives damaged due to our shipping process, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery and provide us with a photograph of the damaged product and packaging.
    * We will assess the damage and either arrange a replacement for the damaged items, or, if an exchange is not possible, we will offer you a refund.

4. Returns Process:

  • Contact us via email at info@sjhadae.com with your order number, details of the issue, and supporting images if necessary.

  • Do not return any items until you have received our confirmation and instructions on how to proceed.

  • If a return is agreed upon, we will provide you with details on how to return the product at our cost, using our couriers.

5. Refund Processing:

  • If a refund is applicable, it will be processed within business days after we receive the returned item (if applicable) and confirm the validity of your refund request. The refund will be processed using EFT to your bank account as for safety and security reasons we do not retain your card details.

  • 6. Colour Variations:

    Returns will not be accepted for minor colour variations between the product received and the images shown on our website or marketing material. These variations are considered part of the unique, handmade nature of our products and are not considered a defect or error in the order. If the colour is completely different from what was ordered, then we will address this as a mistake on our side.

Important Note: We take great care in preparing our orders and ensure products are sent out in perfect condition. However, damages during courier transit or errors due to our mistake are outside of our control. We will do our best to resolve any issues.
